Dr. Omolaraeni Olaosebikan

Lead Executive

Dr. Omolaraeni is a certified and seasoned Corporate Communications professional, Digital Media Evangelist, and Business Development Specialist with over 10 years’ experience in the Integrated Marketing Communications sphere. She is a tenacious problem solver and an expert in identifying needs, developing and implementing corporate/consumer communication strategies and quality media strategies.


She has valuable experience in managing brands in the FMCG sector and across other relevant business sectors. Her specialties include corporate Communications, events management, digital marketing, government liaison activities (community management), project management across a range of brands and organizations. The integrated marketing communication is what has made her a bridge that connects with all these branches.


Omolaraeni has worked and still working as Business Director on some multinational brands, Microsoft, Intel, Google Nigeria, IBM, Olam, Skye Bank, Guinness Nigeria, Diageo, Unilever, British American Tobacco Nigeria, DELL, SAP, General Electrics, P&G, Etisalat, Coca-Cola, The Chartered Institute Of Bankers Nigeria, European Union, GSK.


She is a graduate of University of Ibadan, and just recently started her Masters in Strategic Marketing (Luxury Brand Management) with London School of Business and Finance. She is a member of Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Chartered Institute of Public

Relations, UK (CIPR), Advertising Practitioner Council of Nigeria (APCON), The Certified Marketing Communications Institute of Nigeria (CMCIN) and a Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK (CIM).She is currently the Lead Executive at McEnies Global Communications , an integrated marketing communications company located in Lagos, a model city in the heart of Nigeria.

Adewale Joan

Joan has over seven years spanning across event planning and management, quality control, customer service management and community development management. She has interacted at every level of government intervention gaining quality experience in people and project management.


Her portfolio features numerous award-winning programs with a specialty in developing and

executing world-class events working closely with multinational accounts such as Dell, Intel, Nokia, GE, TE, Sanofi etc. She helps McEnies to apply current and emerging research trends to their business objectives, expanding her role over and above the call of duty.


Joan is a meticulous leader, a smart worker and always ahead of client’s expectations. She brings glamour to her executions and leave client asking for more deliveries.


She is an alumnus of Babcock University where she bagged B.A in Mass Communication.


Olusola B. Francis

Executive Director, Strategy and Planning

Sola is a veteran of the advertising industry, a brand analyst, an event planner of extra-ordinary, the juggernaut of marketing analysis and a health psychologist. In 1987, he started his

marketing communications career with the renowned advertising guru, Chief Olu Falomo at Forum Advertising.  Sola later moved in to Late May Nzeribe’s Sunrise Marketing Communications Ltd where he successfully managed such brands as AJ Sewards, Johnson & Johnson Products, Yahamaha Motorcycles, Leventis Motors, Procter & Gambles among others. Sola also had a quality experience working as senior account manager at Centerspreads where he managed the global brand GM Motors.


He was an event  manager of Nigeria’s first water splash resort, Waterparks Lagos, when the resort was at its peak in the 90’s featuring top class musical events with the likes of Late Fela Anikulapo Kuti, KWAM 1, Afro-juju exponent Sir Shina Peters, KSA etc, regularly performing at the park.


Sola also had a stint at Rosabel Advertising where he managed the multinational product, Western Union Money Transfer as well as the First Bank account before he decided to start off his private consultancy.


He was the overall best graduate student of Mass Communication, University of Lagos in 1988. He is an alumnus of the prestigious premier University of Ibadan (MBA, Marketing), a post graduate student of Birmingham University, Birmingham, U.K (MSc Marketing), also a graduate of Coventry University, Coventry U.K; and also holds MSc in Forensics from Nottingham Trent University, Nottingham, U.K.


He belongs to couple of professional bodies in Nigeria and United Kingdom. A member of Advertising Practitioner Council of Nigeria (APCON), The Certified Marketing Communications Institute of Nigeria (CMCIN) and a Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK (CIM).

cuts across media, non-for-profit, training and marketing communications. His talents and expertise has been optimized to deliver top notch solutions for leading brands across different sectors and economy. YEMI is the CEO/Lead Strategist at   Smart-X Communications Ltd, a Brand and Marketing Communications firm with keen interest in business intelligence, creative and strategic solutions.


He is also the founder of BRAND XENSE AFRICA, a Non-for-Profit movement of Indigenous African Brands poised for Social and Economic Renaissance of African Continent with a mandate to turn 100,000 Local Businesses into global brands in a lifetime. YEMI is also the creator and producer of CONSUMER VOICE, a consumer advocacy programme broadcast every week on Impact Business Radio (92.5FM).


He runs annual Photography symposium, BEYOND THE LENS, to help African Photographers to build business capacity.


He holds Masters degree  in Communication and Language Arts and several professional Diplomas and Certificates obtained from Chartered Institute of Marketing(UK), Chartered Institute of Public Relations(UK), Institute of Brand Management, APCON, Bradford Executive

Education Centre, Orange Academy and Twim Art Institute where he studied Media Arts, Digital Filmmaking and photography.

Babatunde Borisade

Abidemi is a marketing, commercial and corporate communications professional with over 10

years cognate experience. He is an alumni of the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University

(OAU) with BSc. and MSc. degrees to his boot.


His industry experience in the communications landscape has seen him work and grow multinational brands in Nigeria across several sectors namely FMCGs, QSR, Food and beverages, Financial services, Oil and Gas, airlines and many others. 


His search for knowledge has taken him on trainings in Nigeria a number of neighbouring West African countries. He has his hand on the logistics operations of the organization.Abidemi is passionate, self motivated to accomplish every tasks before him. His love for security and orderliness has brought him thus far in event planning and management.
